Essentials of vegan

In this course you will learn how to make some of the most emblematic traditional pastries in a vegan version. Finally you will be able to enjoy well elaborated and easy to produce desserts, with lots of fruit, vanilla, chocolate, nuts, without the aftertaste of secondary ingredients such as egg or butter.

You will learn how to substitute animal ingredients, obtaining results that will conquer the most demanding palates.
You will learn how to make desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake, crème brûlée, cookies, brownie, among others, and you will have the skills to create amazing vegan sweets in a simple way and with ingredients that you can easily find.

No previous experience is necessary to participate in this course. Whether you like to prepare desserts at home, or you want to offer good vegan options in your cafeteria or restaurant, this course is for you!
