In this course you will learn how to make some of the most emblematic desserts of the classic pastry in a vegan version. Finally you will be able to enjoy well elaborated and easy to produce desserts, without finding eggs or butter as main characters, but fruit, vanilla, chocolate, nuts, etc.

We will teach you how to substitute animal ingredients, obtaining results that will conquer the most demanding palates.
You will learn how to make desserts such as tiramisu, crème brûlée, cookies, plum cake, among others, and you will have the basics and skills to create amazing vegan sweets in a simple way and with ingredients that you can easily find.

To participate in this course it doesn't matter if you have pastry notions or not. Whether you like to prepare desserts at home or you want to offer quality vegan options in your store, café or restaurant, this is the course for you! You just need a lot of desire to learn and enjoy.
